Finished, only took about an hour to make.
Giant knitting needles, black electric tape, model magic, paint, mod podge, paper.
I also just realized they're squiddles not skulls and well derp. but they look good enough, so essentially: inb4 squiddle.
For my (grimdark) Rose costume. Next is the Hubtopband tomorrow, and more to the Zillyhoo (about 75% completed).
